It is bad out there would be to put it mildly but that’s the cold hard truth. U.S. economy is hurting and there is no glimmer of hope. People are losing their jobs, their homes and their mind left and right.
It’s an adjustment phase that is making us reconsider the way we look at money and life in general. U.S. is no longer a consumer driven economy, we are no longer buying everything that we want but instead concentrating on getting things we need. One reason for that is because we no longer have that high limit credit card.
Banks spoiled us and we turned in to brats. In the past two decades we decided to go on a spending spree that ended with this current recession. Our credit card has been taken away and we don’t have enough money in the bank account to sustain the lifestyle we had all become so accustomed too.
I don’t see things improving anytime soon, not until small businesses start hiring and people start spending.
