Couple weeks back I watched Avatar in 3D. It is quite a wonderful movie and the whole 3D experience was also breathtaking. I though the movie was little too long but I still enjoyed it.
After the movie was over, all I could think of is “James Cameron spent $500 Million to make a political statement?” The movie is literally anti-war and preaches saving the environment. I am anti-war and for the green movement but that doesn’t necessarily mean I agree with James Cameron’s stance.
Human species has an inept desire to survive and to seek new lands. That’s one reason NASA has been going bonkers over Mars where life seems o far fetched that every time anything moves, NASA starts claiming “there is life on Mars.” I don’t have problem with NASA either. All I am trying to say is that why make a movie where you side with 10 feet long creatures instead of your own kind?
Maybe you can help me understand…
