First Saddam and now Bush. No matter what you say, incident that happened in Iraq will go down in history as the biggest form of insult ever suffered by an American President. Even though the shoe didn’t hit Bush, it does hit the American flag.
We all remember the images we saw on the TV when the staged removal of Saddam statue occured in Baghdad. People used shoes to beat up the statue, it is considered to be the ultimate insult in the Middle East.
It is interesting that a journalist was involved in this kind of act, not some random Iraqi but someone who has been involved with news and the print media. How pissed was this journalist? Or he was just trying to say “Farewell?”

Well at least the western world and even Bush got a reply that what they call as “Liberating the Iraqis” is actually “Supressing the Iraqis”. Its time the americans review their foreign policy, but i doubt they will…cuz the priority is not democracy….its OIL!!!
I’m so disappointed that the Daily Show ended for the season. I was really looking forward to the ever so entertaining smart-ass comment from Jon. Saturday Night Live also ended their season prior to this monumental moment … can you imagine how great that skit would have been. DRAT!
