Recent comment on this blog about Obama being a Muslim has prompted me to post this video. Colin Powell talks on “Meet the Press” about how GOP has used the fact that there are ignorant people in this country to their advantage by claiming that Obama is a Muslim. This video is clearly an eye-opener as well as touching because it talks about exactly what America is all about; if you have the dedication, sky is the limit.
I have always respected Collin Powell because as soon as he realized that Bush used his shoulder to fire the gun (using him to make case againts Iraq in U.N with doctored photographs), he stepped down. That act itself tells alot about him and this video proves that it is never too late to accept the facts and be on the side of the truth.
