It’s been out for a week now but we finally got the time to go to watch this flick. It was just amazing and the movie is funny as hell. It’s been a long long journey for the 3 installments of these movies but the Carter and Lee characters still seem very fresh and lively.
The jokes are good, French touch is very timely, Brett Ratner’s political views are hinted in the movie (maybe I am wrong) and last but not least, it was a good end to the trilogy.
Christ Tucker is obviously funnier than Jackie Chan in the movie but I mean, no one goes to see Rush Hour to watch Jackie Chan crack jokes, the guy has hard time speaking English…. I go to see Chris Tucker be all wacky and Jackie Chan be all acrobatic. I must say that the he does all his stunts and I think he is in his 40s, that is a big deal. I see that with every movie, his action scenes seem to be less and less but still, he does a great job.
