Why Are Muslims Fighting Muslims?

Yesterday evening I heard Karel on KGO talk about the mess Middle East was in the last week and I tend to agree with what he said. The point he tried to make was that something is up with Muslim people, they just can’t stop fighting, whether it be against non-Muslims or just Muslims fighting Muslims; fatah and hamas, shias and sunnis.

Here is my take on it; Muslims don’t honestly know how to agree on something, whether fair or unfair. One would say, yeah it is stupid to agree on something unfair but what about fair things, reaching a common solution? That doesn’t happen in the Muslim world. Muslim on Muslim violence is on the rise no matter where you look in the world, Muslim or non-Muslim country… its there, they are fighting.

The problem with Muslims is that if you give them no choice, they blow themselves up without even giving a thought to the consequences. I mean, I am blowing myself up, I don’t care. Right? I will go bomb your shrine; you then come blow my mosque. Why does everything have to be do or die? Come to the table, lets put the demands down, lets talk about solving problems without fighting but I guess that is too much work, blowing yourself up is easier I suppose?

There is no one who understands the fight between shias and sunnis more than I do and for the life of me I can’t understand what the heck is wrong with people and what’s going on in the Muslim world. Most of the bloodshed and havoc in the Muslim world right now is created by Muslims themselves. Religion and world affairs never go along because this world is getting smaller and smaller day by day and it is hard to live in a bubble that is not going to be popped.

The problem with the Muslims in the Middle East right now is to decide if they want to spend more years living in the 14th century (according to Islamic calendar this is 14th century) or they want to move forward and learn to compromise. Oh no but wait, my God is better than yours, my Qur’an is better than yours…. it’s not going to end.

It’s easy for Muslims to sit and blame Jews for everything, even if the toilet won’t flush. I mean, seriously, COM’ON! The classic one is that the media is controlled by Jews and congress is controlled by the Jews. I feel like asking, why don’t you ask your socially retarded kids to become Lawyers and Politicians so that even we the Muslims can have little say in the congress maybe or the media? But wait, my son has to become a Doctor, even if he has to go to the Caribbean but I am going to sit here and blame Jews. Stop it !

Hypothetically speaking, lets just say that the whole media is occupied by the Jews. How did they get their? God didn’t implant them there, they worked their way up and now their voice is being heard more than yours so why don’t you do something similar. Get involved within the community, stop blaming Jews for your shortcomings and try to learn from people who just happen to be better than you.
